We have a range of instructors that are able to offer personal training sessions however they will be predominately done by Kingsley Simmons.
The personal training sessions will be designed entirely to fit your needs and we will work with you to address your goals, lifestyle and nutrition habits to achieve the results you want in a fun challenging way. Kingsley has over 19 years experience in the fitness industry and has transformed literally thousands of lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. He offers the motivation and drive to change your life.
We offer 1:1 or 1:2 sessions face to face or online depending on your commitments. A training schedule will be provided along with advice on nutrition as well as the sessions giving you all the tools and motivation you require to succeed.
You will be put through your paces at the correct level for your ability, but as you progress so will the exercises and intensity. Kingsley specialises in pushing through barriers and achieving what many think is not possible.
Our goal is not to just achieve yours but to take you beyond it.
