Kingsley became a Physical Training Instructor in 2001 whilst serving 15 years in the British Army (Coldstream Guards). Whilst serving in the Army Kingsley was responsible for training people from entry level and recovery from injury all the way to training a battalion of up to 560 people to get them to the required level of fitness to serve in the Army and be deployed on operations overseas. Kingsley excelled in this role and went on to further develop his skills and knowledge and founded SIMFIT100. Kingsley is an outstanding role model to all the soldiers that served under his command. His military career and prestigious recommendations of honour and valour, typifies the understated war hero of today.
Kingsley has been awarded the General Service Medal, the NATO medal, the Iraq campaign medal, the Afghanistan campaign medal and the Queens Diamond Jubilee medal. He was also awarded the Wilkinson Sword of Peace by the Queen for his part of the humanitarian aid efforts to the hurricane hit Caribbean islands.
In 2005 Kingsley was deployed to Iraq and he was responsible for training the Iraqi police force in armed response, tactics and physical training. In 2007 he was deployed to Afghanistan as a Fire Support group commander in charge of multiple weapon systems, travelling to hostile areas that required additional assistance against heavy Taliban attacks and again in 2009 where he was attached to the Welsh Guards as a Section Commander.
After spending two years training recruits at the Army Foundation College (Harrogate) Kingsley left the armed forces in 2013. After leaving the Army Kingsley founded SIMFIT100 where he has trained and developed the fitness levels and changed the lives of many through personal training sessions, SF Bootcamps, corporate sessions and transformation camps. Kingsley is experienced in training all ranges of abilities from complete beginner to elite level training for competitions and world class athletes.

Level 3 Personal Trainer
Ashleigh is eager, passionate and down to earth. She first started training with SF Bootcamp Bradford in 2016. Ashleigh describes joining Kingsley as a defining moment for her ‘I’ve met some amazing friends through bootcamp who helped keep me motivated and on track with my fitness goals. Kingsley has taught me how to properly appreciate exercise and inspired me to pursue a career in the fitness industry.’
Ashleigh qualified as a personal trainer in 2020 and works alongside the rest of the team, delivering fun challenging fitness sessions and she is keen to pass on her enthusiasm, dedication and advice.
Qualified PE Teacher
Jodie is a Physical Education teacher at a high school in Bradford and currently plays professional football for Leeds United Women FC.

Level 3 Personal Trainer
Annie has a wealth of 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Along with been a Level 3 PT she is also a Level 3 qualified Nutritionist and specialises in boxing, Hiit training, circuits and post and pre natal exercise. In addition Annie is also a qualified sports therapist and is able to perform sports massage, taping and strapping of injuries.
‘Fitness is my first love and my passion, it has given me the ability and tools to transform and change peoples lives for the better. I spent a year and a half managing a female only gym in Australia which really boosted my confidence as an instructor. Whilst I was there I completed some training in Les Mills bodycombat and body attack.’
