6 Week Transformation Camp

Do you have 6 weeks and want to seriously change the way you look, feel and perform? If so then our extremely popular transformation camp is for you.

The Transformation Camp is designed to help get you back on track with your health, fitness and body goals. A healthy lifestyle is achievable and once you have the mind-set it also sustainable.
Whether you need a complete lifestyle change or simply a bit of tweaking if you have reached a plateau and can’t get past it, this is what we offer. It is time to change old habits and create new healthy ones. During the Transformation Camp with our driven and dedicated coaches will give you the knowledge and the tools to change your life.

Our goal is to help you achieve yours. The Transformation Camp is built up of fitness, nutrition and accountability.

Fitness

There will be 3 varied workouts per week with exercises proven to reduce fat, tone up, and get results fast. All the workouts are tailored to all abilities and no matter your fitness levels we will deliver results. The drive of a dedicated instructor will push you harder and help you hit your goals faster. All this whilst having fun.

You will also be provided at the start of the camp additional workouts for you to complete should you miss a session or if you want to go beyond and push yourself that bit harder.

There is progress and performance tracking so we can see your results and make any required adjustments.

In addition as part of the Transformation Camp you will also receive one free SF Bootcamp session per week at any of the Leeds and Bradford locations.

Nutrition

We will provide you with a healthy eating guide and suggested meals. A comprehensive list of exactly what foods you need for your body type, lifestyle and goals will also be provided.

There will be weekly adjustments tailored to you to keep you on track to achieve your desired goals.

Accountability

You will have direct contact 24/7 with your transformation coach who will be on hand to provide you with tips, help, encouragement and support. There is no hiding from the coaches as they will conduct weekly check-ins.

You will also be added to a private WhatsApp group where you and the rest of the transformation camp can ask questions, learn from each other and provide support and guidance. The WhatsApp group has become one of the essential tools for providing success.

We continue to produce remarkable and, in some cases, lifechanging results. As part of a really supportive group, you’ll start to establish a routine, make better choices and see results.

It is not that daunting as sometimes the small changes have a big impact and all that is needed is the guidance.

We currently hold a Transformation camp in Leeds at St Chads Parish Centre, Headingly, LS16 5LA on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 06:30. Our Bradford Transformation Camp is held at St Andrew’s Methodist Church, BD2 4QH. This is also on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 06:30 but is a 45 minute session.
